Rapid Results Driving School Franchise - Bournemouth & all local areas
Rapid Results is owned by an ADI who can answer pupil queries in a professional manner. Many local driving school franchises are run by business people with no experience of being a driving instructor. Rapid Results is run day to day by someone who has experience of being a driving instructor, understands the problems of being a driving instructor, and understands the daily life and commitment it takes being a driving instructor.
Rapid Results is an upcoming school with big aims. We want our franchisees to be happy to work for us, and not feel like they might end up stuck with a long contract that might take months and months to get out of.
We are confident that you will want to continue working for Rapid Results, that is why we are offering a franchise deal that cannot be matched in this area. No other school will offer you the following:
• ONLY 3 WEEKS NOTICE PERIOD! When you want to leave, you do not need to give us months of notice. If you have a roofbox, we just ask that you give that back and receive your deposit back, and that’s it. No hard feelings. We do not tie you in to lengthy contracts with very long notice periods.
• You keep your own diary. Many ADI franchisees know the nightmare of having some sort of computer based system run by someone in an office. We simply pass a lead on to you, and you contact the pupil and book them in at a time that suits you. You are your own boss. We do not hover over you trying to get you to squeeze pupils in when you don’t want them. It is up to you the hours you work. We do not keep calling you in for reviews like some major schools, we just let you get on with working!
• We will give you the help to source your own pupils, as well as receiving leads from us. We’ll pass on techniques to help you source your own pupils, and you can use our branding to run your business and find pupils.
• We do not make you do free lessons or work for crazy prices! We have the occasional offer as an incentive, and the only free offer we advertise is the recommend a friend and receive a free lesson or £10 cash (provided by you). We have no on going crazy bargain basement prices. (The £200 1st time pass offer will be paid by us, see below).
• We have NO pupil generation fees. Other school franchises may ask for £20 or more per pupil passed on. We do not do this. We have a simple franchise fee and that is it, so you know where you stand at all times. There are NO hidden charges.
• We offer a special incentive of £200 for a pupil who passes the test 1st time with zero minors. This reward will be paid by us! It is an incentive for the instructor to do their best to get 100% out of the pupil, and for the pupil to put every effort into passing the driving test. No other school franchise offers this. If this occurs, the instructor and pupil must agree to publicity.
• Rapid Results will be taking out major advertising campaigns while we build up our brand name, as well as having a well optimised website. We will take calls for you around the clock, and pass leads on to you at times you request.
• As a Rapid Results franchisee, you will be given promotional material to print out yourself and pupil aids to give or email to your pupils, such as pupil appointment cards, SMTM questions, driver’s record, and many more.
