The crash course assessment lesson must be undertaken in order for the instructor to assess which type of crash course is best for you. If the instructor advises on a course of lessons and a test is booked at the end, and you have not reached the required standard before your test or have not taken the agreed amount of lessons, the instructor will advise you to change your test date. Any test fees lost are not a responsibility of Rapid Results.
Lessons can sometimes be conducted in a pupil’s car. This is at the discretion of the instructor and the instructor will decide whether they believe the pupil is of a required standard.
If you are not up to the required standard before your test, the instructor has the right to withdraw his/her car.
Any complaints against an instructor working for Rapid Results should be taken up with your instructor first, and if not resolved should then be put in writing and directed to Rapid Results driving school at the address below. Rapid Results will only deal with a complaint directly from the pupil concerned.

Please bring your theory certificate with you on your first lesson if you would like your instructor to book your test for you. Please bring your paper and card parts of your provisional licence on your first lesson.
All instructors are self employed and not employed by Rapid Results. Rapid Results acts as an advertising agent for its franchisees. All instructors are self employed franchisees and licensed and regulated by the Government’s Driving Standard’s Agency. Instructors use their own insurance, vehicle and equipment. If a claim is made it should be made directly to your instructor.
Rapid Results accepts no liability for the acts, omissions or negligence of the driving instructor or any injury, loss or damage arising from the use of the tuition vehicle. Rapid Results will not accept responsibility for advance payments or cash, or cheques payable to instructors. Rapid Results will not accept any responsibility for any acts, default or failure on the part of the Instructor to carry out his/her obligations. Rapid Results does not accept any responsibility for monies. Any monetary transactions between pupils and instructors is purely between the 2 parties involved and not in any way connected to Rapid Results driving school. Rapid Results bears no responsibility for the attitude or behaviour of its franchisees.
Rapid Results cannot guarantee pupils any particular lesson days, times, or instructors. There is no guarantee of a pupil passing a test or reaching test standard in any given time.
The Refer a Friend lesson offer is between the pupils involved and the instructor.
For every friend you refer to your instructor, you will receive either £10 cash or
a free lesson from him/her. The friend must have taken (or pre-

Driving Lesson cancellations must be made DIRECTLY to your instructor (and not Rapid Results). 48 hours notice must be given for cancelled lessons or the lesson will be charged. Instructors may take money up front for lessons. Block booked courses of lessons require 10 WORKING DAYS NOTICE of a cancellation otherwise the course will be charged for.
The instructor has the right to withdraw their car for the driving test should the instructor feel the pupil is not ready to take the driving test.
